Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unused, unwashed, and undamaged items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Please Note: Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following product categories:
- Dewormers
- First Aid Topical Wound Care
- Fly & Insect Control (opened items)
- Digestive supplements (opened items)
- Electrolytes (opened items)
- Hoof Care products (opened liquids, gels, or pastes)
- Any opened or used grooming products (e.g., Clippers, shampoos, etc.)
All sales for these specific items are final.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange process:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our customer care team at [email protected] using the template provided below. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) and mail them to the address provided, including the RMA number clearly on the package. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund.
Refund Timelines and Methods
We aim to process refunds promptly upon receipt and approval of your return.
- Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund will be initiated and should reflect in your original payment method within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you via your original shipping method once the return is received.
